Here is the latest pictures of the baby bump! It seems like it grows every day! Today I am 18 weeks and 2 days. We went in for my check up today. I was suppose to be scheduled for an ultrasound to check everything out. Somehow I didn't get put on the schedule. After waiting about an hour the doctor came in and we got to hear the heart beat. She said it was 150 and Jon said, "Well it is probablly that Mountain Dew she drank before she came!" I really wanted to know what it was an had some friends tell me that I needed to drink some caffiene. That was when my doctor asked.."Have you had the scan yet? You should have already had it before I came in here. " Luckly she was able to get us in to check the sex only and it is a GIRL! We are so excited!!! I go back tomorrow to have the detail ultrasound and I am kind of glad. I LOVE seeing our little baby on that screen. She was moving and moving today! Here is the video!

ReplyDeleteCongrats!!! I totally tried to leave a comment on here the other night but the stupid made-up word thingie would never appear. Anyway, I was going to say that girls are totally foreign to me and even scare me a little. I live in a world of fire engines and blue jeans. Frilly dresses and bows I know nothing about. (So it's a good thing you know Diana b/c she's the expert on such things!)
ReplyDeleteOh, by the way, we love our Aquarium swing and have gotten tons of use out of it with both boys. The best investment we ever made at the very start of all this was an Energizer battery charger and rechargeable batteries. You can get them all at Wal*Mart. We use batteries for everything, and are always just charging them. I would highly reccommend doing that!!
